    Orange/Sweet lime, Pomegranate, Grape, Pomegranate Arils, Mango slices &
    Dices.
    • Expertise in operating & Process start – up knowledge on different types of Aseptic plant (UHT/HTST), Evaporation plant & BQF.
    • Expertise in coordinating the finalization of the layout, selection of equipments for installation of Blast freezer & Pomegranate processing line.
    • Expertise to set up processing parameter for pomegranate processing in Juice stabilization, juice fining & ultra filtration of pomegranate juice

    • Conducting training sessions to production team for smooth flow of operations.
    • Handling operational functions like pre-shifts staff briefings, shift management.

    • During plant commissioning, worked with American project Engineers to set up ripening room -parameters for different types of fruit like Banana, Mango, and Papaya etc. Initial starting of the process machines / equipment and its setting for desire process parameter to achieve product with international standards, also actively involved during commissioning of processing equipments
    • Training to sub ordinates (Shift officers, Plant operators, Shift supervisors) to operate respective machines / sections effectively to get desired machine output and to handle different place labor allocations.
    • Production planning, scheduling and its effective implementation to achieve maximum output by optimum utilization of machines and man power, to reduce production cost to minimum level.
    • To locate and verity the critical control points and reducing its presence in process to acceptable level.
